Barbell Breakdown: Olympic Lifting March 2020
This 4 week series will benefit beginner and newer lifters to the Olympic Lifts; the Clean & Jerk and Snatch.

Sessions will be held on Wednesdays from 7:30-9pm and Sundays from 9-10:30am.

Program Start: Thursday March 28th
Program End: Sunday April 19th (possible schedule changes due to holidays)

Barbell Breakdown: PowerLifting February 2020
This 8 week strength cycle consists of classes 2x per week + 1x homework day a week.

This program will help athletes build strength in the "big three" lifts: Squat, Bench Press & Deadlift.

Additional accessory work will be used to focus on complimentary muscles (back, quads, glutes, etc).

Sessions will be held on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30pm and Sundays 12:30-1:30pm.

Diapers & Dumbbells
This 6 week program is a great place for new Moms to refocus on their health and wellness.
In each of the 1 hour classes we will focus on safe movements and help you return to exercise.

At CrossFit 416 we strive to provide you with high quality coaching, effective programming and an unmatched community. This new program will be no different. Come connect with other moms and let your new bundle of joy play, cry, sleep or just watch you get a sweat on!

Summer Sweat: Mar 2020 (8AM)
SPRING INTO SUMMER!

Join us for this 6-week co-ed conditioning program that will transform you! Classes are held on Tuesdays (8AM), Thursdays (8AM) and Sundays (8AM).

Each 45-min class will include a warmup, movement review, and then a hustle through various styles of effective sweat drenching workouts that will challenge you and change you! Pair up your training with our nutrition coaching for best results!

Body composition measurements on our InBody scanner will be taken at the start and end of the 6-weeks.
