This program has been created to assist ALL LEVELS. Weeks 1 & 2 are curated to build technical proficiency in the snatch and clean & jerk. Weeks 3 & 4 are a strength build within the lifts, while week 5 is a deload to prep for a max on the 3rd day of programming.
Join Coaches Whit & Marino Tuesdays at 7:30pm, Coach Marino on Thursdays at 7:30pm, and weekend accessory programming to be completed on Saturday or Sunday at 11am.
We begin Tuesday May 7th and spaces are limited! Cost is $350 plus tax for Members and $450 for Non Members. The program will be 5 weeks, and includes your entry to the 416 Classic on Friday June 7th.
